Delayed confirmations on BTC 😡 after Segwit

So...the day has come they have enabled Segwit on Bitcoin... I perform a transfer to realize that the feature actually delayed the confirmations from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.... This makes me think Bitcoin is not ready to be the coin of the future. I'm very bearish on the future compared to other crypto currencies such as DASH , Litecoin, or even EOS....

What do you think? Do you believe BTC will keep rising in price? Do you think that this IS the coin ?
