Hello Dioscorea !!!

Bought this tuber of yam about 2 weeks ago and kept it in my pantry.

Was feeling like having some porridge and went to get it when i saw this!🤓
Amazing. The yam had sprouted to over half a meter long.

Yes, i did cut out the part i needed and left a little chunk where the sprouting began but i don't know what to do with it.

I wanna plant it but not exactly sure how.... ANY IDEAS?
