I am Lizzie, a holistic nutritionist. I am fascinated with the idea of sharing all of my fun cooking ideas with this amazing online community. I am a firm believer in buying local whenever possible to eliminate the possibility of pesticides, excess carbon from delivery trucks and added dies for preserving.

Being from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada I am extremely lucky to have access to local fish and seaweeds of all kinds. This first photo is a simple yet delicious dish consisting of white onions, sea asparagus, salmon, and sour kraut.

This next photo is the perfect breakfast choice. Scrambled eggs, tomato, white onion, garlic and green onion.
