Kimchi Grow week 2
10 days into my Kimchi grow plants are growing ok, i will be adding more nutrient and aerating the nutrient tank with a pond bubbler, The roots of plants love the extra air and it also keeps the water from getting stagnant and breeding bacteria.
1 seedling has died but i have a celery root and or fennel root to put in it's place.
The aerator costs £5 and is 2Watts, quite low power and hopefully we will see the plants really start to take off with more optimal growing conditions.
The Vaxer system is quite low maintenance, once it's setup all you have do is keep an eye on the Nutrient level, check the PH and make sure you have the lamp on for a of minimum 12 hours.
