Our Hell's Canyon River Trip
This is @fishyculture. I am pirating @longsilver's blog tonight and just totally ghost-posting this for him. I took all the pictures except the ones the guide snapped at the first rapid, I edited it all together and did the comments. I am typing this up and @longsilver does not even know. Why? Well, first of all, because I can! Lol! We gave each other access to all our stuff, we have always been like that. Shared bank accounts, email address, everything.
Mostly I am doing this because last night we were looking at steemit and he saw he had not posted in almost a week and knew he was not going to get a chance to make a post for a while. It really bummed him out. He said "I don't want to lose my connections there, I love steemit. It is such a cool concept, I want to keep my account active but I just don't have the time right now."
He really doesn't, he just works until he is too exhausted to even type. OK, he could toss a photo up, we have done that and I have written captions and such for him, but I don't have that much time right now either. I am sort of struggling to keep my account active these days, but I did get two posts up yesterday, so I have an active post. He paid for this trip, he is the reason Hell's Canyon means so much to me, he is working his butt off to take care of me, and the least I can do is let him have this. It is my anniversary present back to him sort of. This and the $1 wife-beater T-shirt I got him off the clearance rack at Mal-Wart. 🤣

@longsilver doesn't have to worry. This follower can wait until he is less busy. Sometimes life gets a bit hectic. Happy Anniversary to a special couple. Awesome anniversary trip! May you have at least another 38 years together!

It is tricky to fit in time to keep up with posts, making your own posts and deal with the Real world as well - and you too have had far more to worry about in the real world then anyone else!
I try to keep up with as many people as possible, but it's just getting harder and harder to keep up with the growing number of posts and people - I can't comment on every one from every person it's just not possible! I'm trying my best to get to at least one a week from people.

We are well and as happy as we can be. We are trying a new tactic...try not to pay attention to what is happening and live as normally as we can. They can't take away our faith or our love for each other.
