Worth the wait! (Zapfic Monday - week 17 - Nourish)
I can't stand fast food.
But I queue daily outside the pop-up cafe; order the meal of the day with all the frills.
It takes longer to prepare. You see, I've fallen for the server.
I always leave hungry.
I come only to nourish the heart.

ah thank you so much @khoola. I have been absent a short while as I have been ill but I am on the mend. I thought I would start with zapfic this week to get the juices going.
