Taipan Restaurant
So the story of the Chinese holiday then we came to the Taipan restaurant for family lunch. Resto under the management of Tung Lok Group which is a Singapore franchise offers chinese food and dimsum.
At first we thought this dimsum menu can be enjoyed in the morning, apparently only valid for Saturday and Sunday. On a typical day, the dimsum menu can only be enjoyed starting at 11:15, including us who have to queue for half an hour while watching some employees prepare the table.
After being invited, we select the round table according to chinese tradition and other reasons for the size of the family that is quite large. There is also a plot table to entertain fewer guests. The interior is decorated with oriental decorations. There is also a small stage that is used for various events, especially weddings. This air-conditioned room is quite comfortable with a carpet floor so as not to cause a commotion, accompanied by oriental music for ngeboost mood imlek.
Anyway, this restaurant offers a variety of chinese food variety, but because at first our arrival destination is to taste dimsum, then ordered menu as follows.
Judging from some of the recommendations for the mouth, we sure have set expectations and high expectations of this restaurant, especially with the reputation of a solid franchise. While the Chinese menu on demand provides quality and satisfaction, unfortunately we have not reached the level of ecstasy.
