I think they had to put up something due to the EU law.
I am not a part of the EU cesspit, and as for their legislated bullshit, they can stick in the same place as the USA and UK legislated bullshit... The Law of the land AKA the common law is the only Law that counts, Policy will not be honoured nor respected.
I will not accept intentionally ambiguous terms, that have zero legal standing.
