Hi everyone!
Again dtube and steemians can I just say that I love sharing, the more authentic and real I get the more liberated I feel and the more connected to YOU all :)
Only sharing on my own personal behalf of course!
So I'm doing a water fast, I want to aim for 3-4 days but I'm not going to be dogmatic about it, I will be listening to my body and seeing if I need to break the fast sooner or perhaps extend it, Bali is so tempting because there is sooooo much yummy healthy food options, but water is the goal right now so this fast is going down... stay tuned for that update :)

Question: I am in Indonesia mid-June and might go to Bali. I read that the volcano Mount Agung isn't fully stable though, is this true?

If you can get your hands on some colloidal silver it's really good with infections like that. I make it, but it would be ridiculous to try and get it to you. Best wishes for your health.
Yes! Listening to your body is the way to go when fasting. Do you notice that you become much more aware of your body while fasting? That's been my experience. Sending love.
