مرحبا بجميع اعضاء ستيميت اسمي اشرف لويزات من مدينة الدار البيضاء، المغرب ابلغ من العمر 21 سنة اتابع دراستي بالمعهد المتخصص في البناء تخصص الصباغة والتزيين السنة الثانية و امارس رياضة رفع الأثقال في نادي قدس سيدي مومن و ايضا المنتخب الوطني حاصل على ثلاث ذهبيات في بطولة المغرب و ذهبيتين و فضية في بطولة افريقيا و امارس ايضا كهواية كرة القدم والسباحة والتصوير تعرفت على موقع ستيميت من خلال بعض الاصدقاء في مجموعة فيسبوكية ولكي لا انسى اريد التوجه بخالص كلمات الشكر والامتنان للاخ محمد عسكري الذي فتح لنا هذا المجال بشرحه المدقق حول هذا الموقع و في الاخير اتمنى تقديم الافضل لهذا الموقع
Hello all members of steemit, My name is achraf louizat from morocco exactly in casablanca, I'm 21 years old , I still study institue of building specially in painting and designing in the second year, I practice bodybuilding sport in qods club in sidi momen , also in the national team I got three gold medals on moroccan champion and two gold medals and one silver in ifrica champion and I practice also some hobbies like soccer and swimming and photography, I knowledge some friends in a group of facebook , fro not foget I want to thank a lot my friend mohamed askari @askmee , because he learnt us and explained to us about this website

Bonjour à tous les membres de Steemit, Cest Ashraf Louizat de Casablanca, Maroc j'ai 21 ans je suivais mes études à l'institut spécialisé en bâtiments Spécialisé en peinture et décoration de la deuxième année et je pratique l'haltérophilie sportive dans le club de Sidi Moumen et l'équipe nationale détient trois médailles d'or au Championnat du Maroc et deux médailles d'or et une médaille d'argent au Championnat d'Afrique et aussi je pratique le football, la natation et la photographie, Je connaissais le site de Steemit de certains amis du groupe Facebook et je n'oublie pas d'adresser mes remerciements les plus sincères à Mohammed Askari, @askmee qui nous a ouvert cette zone dans l'explication explicative de ce site et dans ce dernier je souhaite fournir le meilleur pour ce site
