HF 19

 100% vote before today is actually a 25% vote since the 4x vote ability (100% now) wasn't an option. This is confusing to me though, as to why the values went up, I am pretty sure it's because the whales vote value went down (no more curve) and minnows value went up on all posts before HF19 that are yet to be paid out.
