Phenibut again

Day 3 of taking phenibut, this stuff is just great so far! This morning I wook up and spent some quality time with my girlfriend, and I went almost non stop for 20 minutes, which is pretty cool. Also, when I’m out in public, I’m able to just talk to people. I was pretty introverted before but now I just want to talk to people I see!

The only problem I’m having so far is that the doses can sometimes be hard to measure. For example, yesterday I only meant to take 1 gram, but I accidentally ended up taking 4 grams instead.

Either way, this stuff is great so far. I’m able to just focus on work no problem, I feel more relaxed, and I’m able to just lie down and sleep.
