Océanos sin plastico [ESP/ING]

Impresiona enterarse de todo el daño y destrucción que causa al ecosistema, arrojar un simple desecho plástico al mar cada día mueren de la manera más brutal y cruel miles de animales en nuestros océanos; la distancia que recorre esta basura gracias a las mareas es descomunal, incluso han sido encontrados en islas tan remotas que están deshabitadas. Quiero compartir con ustedes un video que realmente me impacto. Me emociona saber que cada día son más las personas que alrededor del mundo de una u otra forma unen esfuerzos con el fin de recuperar nuestra gran casa. Tenemos la obligación moral de resarcir el daño hecho a lo largo de los años “Aún estamos a tiempo”.

Proyectos como el del joven Boyan Slat deben multiplicarse, todas esas mentes creativas deben ser apoyadas. La tarea es de todos.

It is impressive to know of all the damage and destruction it causes to the ecosystem, to throw a simple plastic waste into the sea every day thousands of animals in our oceans die in the most brutal and cruel way; the distance traveled by this garbage aided by the tides is huge, they have even been found in islands so remote that they are uninhabited. I want to share with you a video that really impacts me. I am excited to know that every day more people around the world in one way or another join forces in order to recover our great home. We have a moral obligation to compensate for the damage done over the years "We are still on time".

Projects like the young Boyan Slat must multiply, all these creative minds must be supported. The task belongs to everyone.
