INGREDIENTS
semi bitter chocolate
115 g butter
2 egg yolks
40 g sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
-Enmantecar and flour individual molds. You can use sugar instead of flour
-Beat 2 white eggs and 2 yolks with 40 g of sugar.
-On the other hand, melt 115 g of semi-seared chocolate and 110g of butter in a bain-marie.
-Join the two preparations and add two tablespoons of flour.
-Fill the molds to 3/4 parts and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
-Bring the molds to a cold water bath, put a knife through the edges and unmold.
