Saludos amigos(as) de hive, en esta ocasión les voy a compartir un poco de motivación de freestyle calistenia este video fue grabado en 2022 cuando ya tenía alrededor de 14 meses practicando este deporte, espero que este video les motive, aún me falta mucho por mejorar pero esa es mi intención poco a poco superarme y ser cada día mejor.
Greetings hive friends, on this occasion I am going to share with you a little freestyle calisthenics motivation, this video was recorded in 2022 when I had already been practicing this sport for around 14 months, I hope this video motivated you, I still have a long way to go to improve but that is my intention little by little to improve myself and be better every day.
