Se que no es habitual este tipo de "entrenamientos" pero en cuestión de propiocepción ayuda mucho ya que muestra descompensaciones musculares las cuales uno rara vez nota.
En mi caso tengo mas trapecio y por ende es el que implica mas fuerza en ciertos ejercicios, esto pasa por ejercicios mal ejecutados o rutinas pasadas que si enfatizaban solo el trapecio y como es mi musculo mas desarrollado es el que descompensa a los demás, lo cual ha hecho que no agarre mas amplitud mi espalda.
Lo único se puede hacer es hacer énfasis en otros músculos de forma bien ejecutada y así compensar lo que ya fue descompensado.
I know it is not usual this kind of "training" but in terms of proprioception it helps a lot because it shows muscular decompensations which one rarely notices.
In my case I have more trapezius and therefore is the one that involves more strength in certain exercises, this happens because of poorly executed exercises or past routines that emphasized only the trapezius and as it is my most developed muscle is the one that decompensates the others, which has made me not to get more amplitude in my back.
The only thing that can be done is to emphasize other muscles in a well executed way and thus compensate for what has already been decompensated.
