Finished my EP today, need solidity advice

Just sent out the mixdowns to the label, sharing the tracklist exclusively on Steemit.

I'd like to give out some free downloads once the masters are ready, and later set up a simple dApp on my website to purchase it, anyone have advice on doing this? I found some Solidity examples for custom tokens and greeters, but need a contract that accepts a payment amount, splits it into a 30 70 percentage, automatically sends those percentages to 2 different addresses and reveals a download code (or IPFS hash) to the user.

Would be awesome if someone had some pointers :)
