Will Smith on failure

We seldom think about failure as a good thing. Recently Will Smith made a video about his view on failure. He argues that we should embrace failure and look at it as a sign that we are in the process of evolving. But it is also important how we fail. If we allow ourselves to fail early and often in a process, we gain a lot of experience that is useful in the rest of the process. Using failure in this way Will Smith calls failing forward.

As a notorious tryer/failer I appreciate how well he puts word on this. And just maybe this way of thinking about failure will eventually lead to me succeding in going to the gym more often!
