My introductory post

Hi everyone, my name is Ben with the username lyrically,
I was referred to this wonderful platform by @flexyg

I'm a great lover of music and a Chelsea fan💙( Congratulations to all the Chelsea fans out there for being the champion of Europe).

I hope to learn from posts I come across here in order to inspire and motivate me and as well make post that could also inspire other readers here.
I will not end this introductory post without adding something that would inspire us for this week.

I would name it my weekly dose 💊

Don't optimise your health for work
Don't overly Fixate on ideas that's dead in the water
Worry about things that you have zero control over
Pick 3 major tasks a day and act with full intent
Optimize for deep work, not work hours
Get enough sleep so you have more energy
Be present
