First sight

 
I watched her from afar,
immersed in her reading,
a novel enveloped her,
oblivious to any haste.
Between lost pages,
she savoured her Italian coffee,
while the sea breeze
caressed her hair.
On her face, the map
of her lips was drawn,
a river of overflowing coffee,
passion revealing.
My longing and fantasy
take her to the dreamed alcove,
while my mouth writes
verses on her longing back.
We agonize together
in a duel without end,
only desire remains,
burning like a crystal.
A fleeting romance,
between letters and glances,
passion that consumes us,
between starry nights.
