Who made the better decision?

My personal view is that,they both choose the paths they would like to pursue. The advantage is Ashley has got a higher qualification in terms of education. Since we are in the age of competition is tough. We never stop learning, it was a wise decision to pursue masters degree earlier but nothing is better over the other..what would matter here both did what they thought was right for them given what their aspirations were and what their abilities are. they define their own success, not other people.
