Monarchs in the wild front yard

While I was running out to the car I saw this Monarch butterfly. I ran inside to grab my camera and it was gone. I waited a few min and it returned. Every move i made it saw and flew away. I had to set my shot and hope he came back in. I only got a couple before it disappeared completely.
