A consumer post his/her need for a new product or service
the crowd votes for that with their wallet
Someone accept challenge to provide that product or service (He/She can also lock down the bounty for a period of time by paying a bond for finishing job)
Who provide the finished job can collect bounty
For judgment a decentralized arbitrage system will be used
