Online gambling addiction

Online gambling is a huge past time, I mean there are streamers on twitch who stream themselves playing slots sites and I think thats great because it is showing the pros and cons of gambling. 

I have had issues with online gambling for years and watching people on twitch has helped me to cut down on the amount I have been gambling and has helped me to feel that I am under control. 

I really hope that I can keep going and stay strong.
