စာေရးျခင္းျဖင့္…………
ဒိုင္ယာရီေရးျခင္းအက်င့္က သင့္ကို ရင့္က်က္ေစတယ္ဆိုတာအမွန္ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။လူေတြအမ်ားစုက တစ္ေန႔တာအတြင္း အမွားမ်ဳိးစံုျပဳလုပ္တတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ သို႔ေပမယ့္လည္း တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာ ထိုအမွားေတြကို မမွတ္မိဘဲ ထပ္မံျပဳလုပ္တတ္ပါတယ္။အကယ္၍ သင္ဟာ တစ္ေန႔တာ ျဖစ္ပ်က္တာကို ဒိုင္ယာရီထဲမွာ ခ်ေရးၿပီး ျပန္လည္သံုးသပ္တတ္တဲ့အက်င့္ကို ေမြးၿပီး ေန႔တစ္ေန႔အဆံုးမွာ ၁၀ မိနစ္အခ်ိန္ေပးသံုးသပ္ျခင္းက သင့္ကို ပိုမိုႀကံ႕ခိုင္ရရွိေစမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
