we should sometimes give space to our self, pushing too hard and too much assuming on the situation is bad. Try giving chance to our self to slack off sometimes, just to make some room to breathe in.
But i know its not easy, who are we to judge the people that had this kind of feeling, we do not know what kind of situation that he/she have been through in life.
