I haven't been running in over a month...

It's hard to say why.
Either the injury interfered, or the weather, or all the same laziness.

The latter is the most likely.

And today it finally happened, I'm standing on the ice, shod in sneakers ...

And what, I'll tell you, it's a thrill.

Of course, I decently lost my form, the wind blows in my face, it's slippery under my feet, but ... IT'S ALL THE SAME GOOD))

I ran quite a bit and slowly, but I realized how much I missed this:
sun, wind, air,
feeling of lightness and freedom...
