It's called UPcoin and it will be offering 200 pairs up to 1000 once it becomes established. Currently they have 380,000 registrations compared to 5 million users on Binance for example. Not bad for an exchange that isn't actually offering anything right now.
This is my plug - you get $500 bucks in trading fees if you sign up and take their survey. Not a bad deal if they can deliver a solid platform. It's a decent opportunity to voice your opinion as well. Check it out!
