Need Help in Recruiting....

This is Mariko Again,
I wanted to wish everybody a HAPPY 2018 YEAR!!! And to me too. ^0^

I am writing this post so everybody can see and hoping that I can get some advice that I could follow.

Can anybody give me advice on how to recruit? I am with Bitconnect, making money so far. I am posting to facebook, instagram, and doing the presentation offline too.

Somebody joins, don't know who they are, cannot do follow up with them. Doing offline, I wonder, where and what I do wrong, when I do presentation, they don't even register. They thought Bitconnect is a scam, although I giving them proof that this is not a scam.

Any advice??? please give me comments and advice down below.
