Beginner AcroYoga Flow
My partner and I completed AcroYoga teacher training in January this year, and we've had the opportunity to teach a few beginner workshops recently. We're leading another one tomorrow and we can't wait!
This a basic flow that we've been teaching to acro beginners - we break down each component then link it together.
We're thinking about putting together some video tutorials breaking moves down step by step and going instructions. Anyone interested?
