Trouble with Poloniex

I havnt been able to log in to Poloniex for months.
Everytime I try it displays a message that it has sent me an email with a access code.
I dont recieve the email it is not in the spam?
I can log into support only, and my ticket does not get answered as to why I cant log in.
The email address is correct.
I know I had a few hundred dollars in a couple of cryptos but can see my balance to verify anything or trafe.

Has anybody else had this problem?
Does anybody have and answer?
Its like I dont exist to them.
