A friend in need. . .

A friend of mine recently parked his car in a public place, went to work with a landscaping company in their trucks. Later that day he returned to his back window shattered and his hatch destroyed by some random truck driver while my friend was at work. I am looking to help him out by any means because he relies on his car for his income; now it is complicated given the fact we both have hardly any money.
