Those are trend lines just indicating that the trending is ending. Quite before the storm. It means many things to many people and nothing to other many people.

This is a classic breakout pattern since the trend line is up. Volatility is decreasing and coming to consensus on a price before another break upwards. ETH will make dips in the future as well, but it is going nowhere but up over time. The massive base of development on ETH will ensure this.
