Pamper cats do not have to buy expensive toys with material that quality is still questionable. Try making your own toys for our cat. Besides obviously knowing what material is safe for cats, it can be frugal as well, right? Our cat will definitely love to play with her and she can also bite it without you needing to be afraid of being swallowed.
