Handstand progress and selling shoes I’ve bought and never wore
That barbell I've shown you in the last clip fell down on the floor cca 10 minutes later...it was more than 23 in the evening and made such a noise I didn't even trust myself to record it: DD I've thought I've woken up the whole building at least twice :D Just silently brushed my teeth and went to sleep, hoping no one will come to know on the door and kill me with knife :D
Sorry for not that many uploads these days, but it's summer and I'm spending much more time outside than usual!

Asi ani jedno...obe su na mile vzdialene...momentalne mam PR 55 sekund cize chcem najprv dat minutu a potom minutu 20 :D bo pamatam ze Falcon z DarkSide pred par rokmi pisal ze jeho max je minuta 20 :D ale inak s tym nemam momentalne nejake vacsie ciele :D Ty?
Hele až tam bude pohodových 30 vteřin, tak zkusim HSPU :) Na ten press je tam hodně tý komprese a mobility, to by trvalo strašně dlouho :D Až se sejde pár věcí dohromady, tak jo. Ale teď by mi to sežralo mraky hodin
Hej no..neverim ze jedno abo druhe niekedy zvladnem :D mozno taky HSPU kde by som si pomohol kopnutim noh by sa dal naucit...ale nvm no..press to HS ide uplne mimo mna...btw zacal som trosku behavat, momentalne davam max 5 km na hranici odpadnutia :D nechapem ako mozes tie tvoje cisla davat fakt :D
Tak nějakej pátek už běhám no :D Zrovna tohle mi celkem jde, mám úplně jiný problémy. Jako třeba základy akrobacie, plavání atd...To je fakt zlo :D

eyyy nice handstand =) wish I could do those ahah . I suck at them (and am a bit scared to fall also), so I would need a nice wall or a person behind me. Hope you're enjoying your summer!

bro, I think it is very cool you can hand stand and last for that long. I use to do that at the academy, but wont make it more than 10 secs.
