Be healthy, be happy, be STRONG!

The video says about inside conflict, should we change for people? Of course not! But still often we do, even if we don't want this the society expect something from us. We just need to remember that we have only one life to live and it is our life. We decide what we will do with our time that is given to us and we choose what to do or what not to do.

When we feel bad we're doing things that makes us feel better, at least we try! So don't let the people hold you down, just go and do something with your life! Go have some fun! Go talk with your family or friends, go play with your dog, go play games or sports and remember that you're the captain of your life! :)
