Trumped Up Parade

Not since the days of Eisenhower has America had a parade like the one Trump is planning for himself. Although, in Ike's defense, he did lead the forces that saved the world from Fascism.

Fast forward 70 years and now we have new fascists running Murika. And they want a parade to celebrate.

We were told that the cost to the American taxpayer would be around $12 million. A sizable sum when you consider that it is a military honor for someone who dodged military service because of bone spurs and has had no one in his family since they illegally immigrated to this country every serve in the armed forces.

It becomes even more galling when you consider the many government services and programs that are being cut (education, arts, meals-on-wheels, healthcare, medicare, medicaid, social security, veteran services, yadi, yada, yada), but we have money for Derp Furor's golf games and parades.

But now we learn that they made a slight accounting error. It's not going to cost $12 million... they are thinking now it'll be more like$ 100 million! And, it's still BYOB!
