Hurting all day

I’ve gotten a molar that is infected and about to be filled or removed. The pain is bad enough that the opioids they gave me with it do nothing, or at least for the direct pain. I’ve not read tarot or studied the Talmud in a few days. Can’t stay awake for a long period of time between the infection, pain, and meds. Just worn out. Plus I’m mysteriously cutoff from my satellite internet and they say service should be working... really strange when you’ve paid.
