Chasing my heart

The heart wants what the body feels
The heart wants the body to move closer to what causes that feeling
The mind wants the body to enjoy all of this feeling
The mind wants what’s best for the heart because it powers the body that it controls,
The mind tells the body it’s heart is leaving the body exposed to the effects of love
The heart leads the body closer as
The mind thinks of ways to save the body from exposure
The body is left to deal with all consequence and exposure.
The body is whole, centered and balanced.
The heart races ahead like a beam of light.
The mind is compelled in between.
The heart feels.
The mind knows.
The body forgets the choice.
