Improve My Art (Drawing Skills)

So I started off just sketching with no real knowledge of what I wanted to achieve. However, at this point, I know what styles of art I like and somewhat dislike. From here I feel like 10,000 hours and some good experience & knowledge will get me to where I want to be.

For a while I have been wanting to get better at drawing with the long-term goal of making a manga or animation in mind.
