From tragedy to beauty

You like it?
Yes, it's a really beautiful flower arrangement
Nevertheless, the story behind it isn't that beautiful.
This client contacted us through Instagram, he wanted an arrangement with daisies and hydrangeas.
We found a design and he decided to go to the Flower shop to talk more about his design and to try to get a discount. We could offer him free delivery.
We explained him everything, how it would be, etc. He wanted to add a super big balloon, it was okay, but he wanted to be inflated with helium!!! The balloon was about meter and a half, around 5 feet of latex balloon with helium!
It would be so expensive and he wanted something cheap.
He was so stubborn, it took hours to tell him that helium was going to be expensive.
Finally my partner called him and convinced him to change it into a more elegant design with 6 helium balloons
The next day, he returned to the Flower shop, and once again tried to bargain us. It was annoying, because it took us so much time of negotiation to tried to bargain again.
For beginners in a new business, you try to sell everything because you know that you're on an unstable state and you have survived, even if it take to offer discounts to people that take you so much time and mental effort.
I know that everyone has a certain Budget for every item, but if something seems to you expensive, ask if maybe they have a design or product cheaper or smaller, but don't try to bargain to new local business, because they're just starting and need to survived :)

I always feel like an asshole if I try to bargain, but I realize in some places it is the normal thing to do at a marketplace.
