Planning to embark on a trip of adventures only to be stifled with sickness is perhaps one of the most detrimental things in the life of a traveller. Arriving at a new place is exciting but after a matter of days it can be possible to contract the common cold or something far worse. High temperatures, upset stomachs and much more are possible causes of a disastrous set of days away.
