Concentration is an act of being focused, it means being consistent on an act or on something.It is an act of focusing one's total attention on a particular thing.
Values are guides for behaviors, they are principles that tell us how to live and act.

Personally I think values should not be determined by external factors such as office work, peer pressure and other things.
It might not be really easy to focus mainly on good values considering the effect of this external factors, but we need to try to keep our gaze fixed.

To build good values, we need to start focusing on the following attributes.

Trustworthiness .

To be a trust worthy person;
You need to act with intelligence.
You need to be honest.
You need to be a reliable person.
You need to have a good reputation.
You need to be loyal.

Respect.

Showing an act of respect to everyone around you shows how you are developing good and important values.
A respectful person exhibits the following characters;
Is simple.
Is open to corrections.
Have good manners.
Live peacefully with others.
Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Responsibility.

To be a responsible person, you need to:
Be self disciplined.
Think before acting.
Be consistent.
Get accountable for every of your actions.

A caring attitude.
