A Non-Violent Communication Poem

Of an ardent “helmet,”
Detached from my body,
I’m the Avatar of my Soul Self;
Fidgeting my higher perspective,
Trusting and loving,
Reconciliating the stone flooring
With my tender Small Self.
Here, resisting your vibrant Existence
Fortifying my forearm with push-ups;
I hope to get the ERratIK persistence—
Soreness feels better than makeups…
