Musafir Cafe - Ending Explained (Clearly)

So, I have watched Musafir Cafe Just now. SPOILER AHEAD......

So, this TV series is a 'feel good' genre of series. It spans around the love story of a Guy named Chander, who is still struggling to forget her Ex gf Sudha, while fulfilling his life long dream of living amongst a mountainous, calm flora and fauna with his present partner Peeti.

There are so many reviews online. So, I will not review further. I will just explain the ending.

The director has ended the series with a cliff hanger, open ended type ending. The ending depends on viewers. If viewers wishes to imagine that Chander and Sudha gets back together leaving Preeti behind, then they can imagine so. On the contrary, if they wish to think that Chander gets a closure with Sudha, and ends up with Preeti --- then viewers can think that as well.

However, in the book 'Musafir Cafe' on which this series is based on, the writer drew a clear ending. As per the book, Chander gets a closure with Sudha, and proposes to Preeti for marriage.

Given the context, I believe, that is the most appropriate ending.
