My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2020
What a beautiful day - clear blue sky, bright sunshine an nearly 20C 😎
After work I took a 20 minute walk to avoid using public transport. Later on I went for a 5k run along the river Rhine. Perfect timing cause it was the start of sundown.
