The second amendment is an individual right

When it comes to either a right or a prohibition, there Always will be a responsibility for each action and/or policy.
No matter what action and/or policy it is. Even gun rights come with their own responsibilities as well as the prohibitions.
Too strict restriction results in opportunity for outlaws who get their guns from the black market. Opposite could be worse since that has problems.

Absolute prohibition or right cannot exist, simply due the need of borders.
When it comes to gun rights, it should be limited to those who have servere mental health problems. Which comes from those who are deranged, have higher problems and cannot take responsibility.

My question about gun rights is: what would your responsibility be if you own a firearm?
