But the Aceh noodles that I introduced were not Aceh noodles as usual but this time the Aceh noodles added with crabs are usually called Mie Bing Aceh in Aceh. According to Wikipedia, Mie Aceh is a spicy Acehnese noodle where the noodles use thick yellow noodles, which Acehnese usually mix with mutton, beef, shrimp, squid, crab and the like served with typical Acehnese spices such as a savory and spicy curry sauce. . There are three types of Acehnese noodle dishes such as Aceh Fried Noodles, Aceh Tumis Mie, and Aceh Kuah Mie. Here I will explain the ingredients used in making Mie Bing Aceh, the ingredients used are:

1. Wet Yellow Noodles
2. Crab
3. Aceh's Special Seasoning
4. Kol
5. Mustard greens
6. Shallots and Celery
7. Sweet Soy Sauce
8. Soy Sauce
9. Salt

after getting these ingredients I will explain how to cook Crab Noodles.
1.Prepare a frying pan then add cooking oil and stir-fry the spices, add the chopped cabbage, green mustard, scallions and celery.
