Huge Volume on GXX

Did you notice volume jump massively on Coinmarketcap, from about $20 Billion to$28 Billion:

It almost appeared to be frenzied selling or new money entering the market.

Again according to CoinMarketCap, $6 Billion new volume came from EXX Exchange alone. With Ethereum / USDT pair accounting for the majority of this volume.

Looking at the exchange, volume appeared at 3am this morning. The buy and sell candles appear in equal sizes hinting at automation,

and the speed of the buy and sell orders, with tens to hundreds of orders per second also hints of bots.

What do you think? Is this genuine or false volume?
