Simple Home-Cooked Meal

Hi! It's a beautiful day today. Tonight's dishes are simple, home-cooked meals prepared by my lovely wife—stir-fried water spinach with anchovies and a delicious dish of bitter melon with fermented black beans. Perfect comfort food to enjoy with rice. I ended up eating three bowls of rice. Lol. Who else loves these classic flavors?
